Terms and conditions

In order to confirm your booking , 40% of the total cost is required as an advance payment for any other period except AUGUST, when 50% advance payment is required.

Payment of the required advance payment can be by bank transfer to our account or by WESTERN UNION.

As soon as we receive your advance payment we will send you a visitors confirmation, with all the necessary details of your booking.

Cancellations may be made without penalty up to 30 days before the arrival date.

We reserve the right to charge a service fee equal to 30% of the contracted amount should the booking is canceled 10-29 days before the arrival date; 65% if canceled 3-9 days before the arrival date; and 100% if canceled 0-2 days before the arrival date.

Balance is paid upon your arrival, either by cash or by credit card (Visa , Mastercard).
